How do I change my password?

How can I update my password?

Web:
  1. Click on I forgot my password below the blue "Sign In" button.
  2. Enter your email address *and click *Submit
  3. If you already have an established account, you will be sent a temporary password to the email address entered.
  4. Use the temporary password with your email address to login to the system. You will immediately be prompted to change your password.
Family Mobile App:
Once you are logged in, click the "hamburger" menu in the upper left corner


Choose "Profile"



Scroll to the bottom of your "Profile" page



Press "Change Password", you will see this screen



Recipient Tablet App:
Only an Administrator on the account can reset the Recipient's password (by design). This can only be performed on the website.
