Recipient passwords are created by the Administrator of the account. No temporary password is sent in a "Welcome" email to either the Admin or Recipient.
STEPS for Account ADMIN:
1) This process must happen on the web: https://dashboard.elivelihood.com/login
a) Only the Admin(s) of the account can change the Recipient's password.
2) Upon successful login, you will see the Team and Profile information for your Recipient. If you have multiple Recipients, the first Recipient created is displayed. Click the Avatar on the left vertical navigation to change Teams.
3) Click the red Edit Profile button below the Recipient's avatar, located on the right side of the Recipient Profile section.
a) You are now looking at the Recipient Profile (only) and are in edit-mode.
4) In the "Security" box on the lower right corner you can change the password.
On the Recipient's tablet or iPad, enter their email address and new password on the login screen. If problems persist, you can delete the app and reinstall from the App or Play stores. There is no additional charge. Please submit a "Help" ticket if you are still having issues and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Keep in mind, for the Recipient tablet or iPad, you want to download "eLivelihood - Recipient" app, if given a choice. The other app, "eLivelihood- Family" is for everyone else on your Recipient's Team.
