Calendar Appointments can be created by any member with appropriate permissions to create/edit the calendar feature.
Appointments are items that can be assigned to any member of the team with the ability to at least view the calendar feature.
In addition to date, time, duration, location and description for the Appointment, the creator can assign it to a team member and invite additional team members as participants. Any participant, creator or assigned party will be able to view the Appointment in their calendar feed.
Any team member with visibility to the Appointment can see any notes or time allocation. Only team members with the ability to create/edit will be allowed to enter additional notes and allocate time spent for that Appointment.
